dData — Data Deletion Request
Last updated: 13 June 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your dData account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the dData mobile application (package com.ddata.ddata_mobile).
dData is a business management (ERP) application. User accounts are created and administered by your organization (your employer).
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data in either of these ways:
- Through your organization’s administrator — an administrator of your organization can delete a user account and its associated personal data from the dData administration panel.
- By email — send a request to info@ddata.dev from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and process the request.
What data is deleted
Upon a verified request, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including your profile information (name, email, phone, profile photo), your messages, the files and photos you uploaded, and the location records tied to your account.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required by legal, accounting or legitimate business obligations of your organization (for example, transactional or accounting records), or kept in anonymized form. Data under your organization’s control is administered by your employer.
Processing time
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
